    Very responsive, the arrangement was outstanding However, the arrangement was NOT left behind the gate as requested letting everyone passing by the house was empty and possibility of flowers being stolen. Not a good neighborhood to do that.

    Customer service was excellent! I ordered a sympathy piece for my grandfathers funeral online. I placed the order when the store was closed. I had a few special requests so I was worried it might come out wrong if I didn't speak to someone. When I called the next morning the woman that helped me was super friendly & had all of my special requests taken care of! It came out beautifully! Thank you for making a hard day a little bit easier :)
