November 13th – Valentine’s Eve – has gotten an upgrade, and it’s no longer just the evening preceding the most romantic holiday all year. Thanks to a 2010 episode of NBC’s Parks and Recreation, we’ve turned the night before into the “girls night” before, reserving the 13th for celebrating the love between friends. Galentine’s Day is here, and it’s here to stay.
